This assessment is designed to help you - and your church - gain insight into what will help you take the discipleship of your kids to the next level.

We use the word DISCIPLESHIP a lot throughout this assessment. If that's an unfamiliar term to you, you can think of it this way: helping your kids to love and follow Jesus.

Please answer as honestly as you can. If you are stuck between multiple answers, don't overthink it! Go with your gut.
